Abstract   A case of relapsed stage-IV Wilms' tumor was treated with chemotherapy without radiation or surgical resection. The regimen waa combination of Cisplatin(CDDP), etoposide, and bleomycin for induction and cyclophosphamide, vincristine, adriamycin which was alternating with cyclophosphamide, vincristine, actinomycin-D for maintenance. The patient tolerated the whole chemotherapy well, and the anticipatory toxicities of kidney and luna were not develped. Also bone marrow suppression was not found. Symptomatic relief was found immediately after first course of treatment and all metastatic nodules were completely disappeared after whole course of ehemotherapy.
